This Autumn, The Adelaide Repertory Theatre (Adelaide Rep) invites you to the murderously funny adventure - Baskerville - A Sherlock Holmes Mystery.

Comedic genius Ken Ludwig transforms Arthur Conan Doyle's classic The Hound of the Baskervilles into a dizzying web of clues, silly accents, disguises and deceit as five actors deftly portray more than forty characters.

The male heirs of the Baskerville line are being dispatched one by one. To find their ingenious killer, Holmes and Watson must brave the desolate moors before a family curse dooms its newest heir. In this case, Henry Baskerville, the next male heir, who arrives from Texas.



“It’s a mix of suspense, comedy and action” says director Geoff Brittain. “The play stays true to Conan Doyle but brings it to a modern audience."

The talented cast includes Andrew Horwood, Sam Wiseman, Anita Canala, Thomas Midena and Kim Clark who will portray more than forty characters live on stage!
