So, if you're after something a bit out of the ordinary, the House Down Under has set up shop at Churchill Centre in Kilburn. It's basically a regular house, but with a twist: everything inside is upside down. Seriously, every piece of furniture, including the kitchen sink and the toilet, is stuck to the ceiling. It kicks off on June 27th and runs until July 17th, which conveniently covers most of the July school holidays.
Prepare for your brain to do a bit of a double take as you wander through rooms where gravity seems to have given up. You'll find yourself in inverted bedrooms, a kitchen that's had a serious redecoration, and a rather puzzling bathroom situation. It is quite the spot for snapping some unique photos, especially if your camera roll is looking a bit mundane. Handy for entertaining the kids, or just for anyone who fancies a giggle and a bit of an optical illusion. Plus, you can take your time getting those perfect shots, as there is no rush, and the staff are apparently on hand to offer pose ideas if you are feeling a bit creatively challenged.
