An Exclusive Dining Experience
Due to its high demand, Carnivore has implemented a booking policy to ensure the best experience for its guests. A credit card pre-authorization is required at the time of booking, with a $20 per person holding fee to secure the table. This fee is only charged if cancellation occurs within 48 hours prior to the reservation or in the case of a no-show. Public holidays incur a 15% surcharge, and for groups of 10 or more, split bills are not available.
