The UPPside European Restaurant and Wine Bar will take you to an 8-course degustation experience. This culinary journey through Europe will include:

2. From the Garden: seasonal expression of land and terroir.
3. Coastal Whisper: an elegant nod to Europe's shores.
4. Old World Craft: technique-driven tradition, reimagined.
5. Fire and Earth: depth, warmth and bold regional character.
6. The Butcher's Cut: a refined showcase of protein and precision.
7. Pre-dessert Interlude: a refreshing transition to sweetness.
8. Sweet Finale: a composed dessert celebrating balance and indulgence.

The carefully curated 8-course European degustation is a progressive culinary experience designed to transport you across the flavours of Europe, from delicate beginnings to bold old-world expressions and a refined sweet finale. Each course is thoughtfully crafted by Chef Christian Uppill, celebrating seasonal Clare Valley produce, European tradition with modern finesse, technique, precision and creativity and elegant immersive plating.

Located at The UPPside European Restaurant and Wine Bar, 7812 Horrocks Highway, Penwortham, this event will be available starting from Sunday, 15 March to Sunday, 28 June 2026. Book here , $130 per person. Limited availability of each service to ensure the full experience. Bookings are essential and run twice a day, with lunch seating starting at 12 pm and dinner seating starting at 6 pm.
