Sunday roasts are the ultimate hug on a plate, right? All that comfort and chit-chat without you slaving over the stove. Lucky for us, Darren Robertson, Audrey Shaw and Matt Stone are taking over the Good Neighbour kitchen so you can just show up and eat. Expect a three-course lunch with a welcome drink on arrival, and extra bevvies if you fancy. The menu kicks off with saltbush and garlic bread, beer-battered pickles with buttermilk ranch on the side, then slow-roasted lamb with spiced yogurt and winter greens al forno. Dont miss the wild boar roast potatoes, hot honey carrots with macadamia, and a dessert of burnt milk, barley and chestnuts that sounds suspiciously like it might ruin you for home cooking.

Its on for ages 12 and up, with options for vegetarians and gluten-free folks. $95 a head gets you in the door at Good Neighbour in Town Square, Victoria Square, Adelaide 5000, on May 17, 2026. Pull up a chair before the seats vanish.
